CrossRidge Development, which is building a shopping center in Indian Land, announced Jan. 12 that Target will be the anchor tenant there. It will be on the east side of S.C. Hwy 521, or Charlotte Highway, and south of the Fort Mill Highway, or S.C. Highway 160. That location is near the planned Costco, where land has been cleared.
