CrossRidge Center kicks off $150M retail center after landing Target in Indian Land

"CrossRidge Center is investing roughly $150 million into the retail component of its 190-acre Indian Land development.

The project will have 270,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment uses on the project's south side. It is located along U.S. 521 and Dobys Bridge Road. The site sits near The Exchange at Indian Land, the future home of Costco and Lowes Foods. That project is just miles from Ballantyne."
